I don't think he ever recovered from the kneesals. He did make a couple of good defensive plays in the spring game.

Given that the '22 class has generally been a huge disappointment, I would maybe question the narrative that Taylor should forever be given a free pass as a recruiter. He definitely didn't contribute as a player.

Its not his job to develop the talent. He was a superstar at getting the Jimmys and Joes on campus. A pessimist might miss both of those points.
