Davis Diamond will play host to Texas State, Penn State and Albany as Trisha Ford's 16th-seeded Fightin' Texas Aggies begin NCAA Tournament play on Friday in the Bryan-College Station Regional. This is A&M's 22nd straight postseason appearance.

Trisha Ford and the No. 16 seed Fightin' Texas Aggies are set to host the 2024 Bryan-College Station Regional as the NCAA Tournament returns to Aggieland for the first time since 2018. Texas State, Penn State and Albany will be competing at Davis Diamond beginning Friday.

Despite being 0-for-5 in her career vs. All-American Alana Vawter, Texas A&M shortstop Koko Wooley delivered on Friday afternoon as her walk-off double clinched a 3-2 victory and sent the Aggies to the semifinals of the 2024 SEC Tournament.

Early walks and quiet bats plagued the eighth-ranked Aggies in their series opener in Gainesville against No. 9 Florida. Taking advantage of the free base battle, the Gators capitalized on A&M's seven walks while only piecing together four hits.

Behind eight runs in the first two frames, No. 12 Texas A&M glided past North Texas in a 5-inning run rule in Denton. With a trio of Aggies posting a multi-hit game on Wednesday night, the Maroon & White improved their non-conference record to 34-9.

Tied at 4-4 in the sixth inning, No. 12 Texas A&M scored five runs to pull away for the 9-4 series-clinching victory over No. 13 Alabama in Tuscaloosa. With thewin, the Aggies have now won five of their first six series in conference play while boasting a 12-6 record.

No. 12 Texas A&M evened the series with No. 13 Alabama as the Aggies exploded for 17 runs on 13 hits. Trinity Cannon led the Maroon & White, going 3-for-3 at the plate with four RBI and a pair of walks. With the win, the Aggies are 32-9 on the season and 11-6 in the SEC.

Texas A&M softball is now 8-4 in SEC play after a rough three-game set in Baton Rouge, getting swept by the seventh-ranked LSU Tigers. Taking all three games of the series, the Tigers recorded their first-ever sweep of the Aggies in program history.

Despite Emiley Kennedy's strong performance in the circle, No. 12 Texas A&M fell in eight innings to No. 7 LSU after a walk-off home run from Taylor Pleasants. With Thursday's series-opening loss, the Aggies drop to 28-5 on the season and 8-2 in conference play.

Trailing by five runs after a second-inning Auburn grand slam, No. 14 Texas A&M plated five with two outs in the third as the offense ignited and ultimately rolled to a 14-6 win over the Tigers. By completing the sweep of Auburn, the Aggies are now 8-1 in SEC play.

Shaylee Ackerman pitched a complete game and Koko Wooley drove in two runs as No. 14 Texas A&M softball took Game 2 from Auburn, 3-2. With the series-clinching victory, the Aggies have now won their first three conference series of the season.

After tying it 3-all in the bottom of the seventh, Texas State walked it off to hand Texas A&M its fourth loss of the season. The Aggies posted three errors and left six on base in the loss, and now look ahead to a three-game set with the Auburn Tigers at Davis Diamond this weekend.

No. 17 Texas A&M suffered its first conference loss as the Aggies were unable to complete the sweep of No. 21 Mississippi State in Starkville, 6-5. A&M jumped out to an early 3-0 lead, but an uncharacteristic outing by Emiley Kennedy in the circle found the Ags in a dogfight late.

Emiley Kennedy tossed a complete-game shutout in the opener, Allie Enright launched a three-run homer to highlight a decisive fifth inning in Game 2 and No. 17 Texas A&M has won its second SEC series after taking both ends of Saturday's twinbill vs. No. 21 Mississippi State.

Trisha Ford's 19th-ranked Aggies began SEC play, posting their ninth shutout of the season and taking down No. 22 South Carolina, 3-0. Texas A&M is now 1-0 in SEC play as Emiley Kennedy struck out 10 on the way to her 11th individual win of the season.

An eight-run first inning propelled the Aggies to victory over North Texas in run-rule fashion, 12-0. Three long balls were the difference, as Texas A&M is now 20-2 and will host South Carolina for its first conference three-game set, beginning on Friday at Davis Diamond.
