Lot of headlines I see read as, "....killed BLM protestor who was legally carrying AK-47".

I laugh at how some "media" outlets are presenting this. Throwing away the usual "OMG OMG scary weapon of war".....and now it's some poor victim that presented a weapon towards another person, but it's okay....they were legally carrying it.

I don't care what that person was carrying or if they were/were not carrying legally. This idiot presented his weapon to Mr. Perry. At that point, I wouldn't even care what "intent" was. If you present your weapon at me, that's it. I could care less if it is loaded or unloaded. I'm defending myself and you better hope you're quicker on the trigger than I am.
