I think one of the key reasons we handled NU so easily is that they didn't block a number of our shots on drives. We struggle with teams that have an elite shot blocker. Other than limiting live-ball turnovers, if we can keep the number of blocked shots to a minimum, I like our chances.

We need to get UH in early foul trouble.
Normally I say rebounding and out scoring the opponent at the ft line matter the most for us but I don't think we will dominate Houston on the boards . Free throws and how the game is called will be very important as they are depth challenged with their injuries so I feel like a closely called game will favor us. If one team shoots a whole lot better than the other that will be the team that wins most likely. Not rocket science when the teams are similar in style.

Agree, and think that the evolution of Manny has given Wade more 1:1's

Or...just make more than half of our three-point attempts!

i am hoping we can push the tempo which is insane to say if you watched our team for 90% of the season. i think this team with three good guards and two athletic forwards needs to push it a little. try to get the game into the high 70's or 80's. since MO has been inserted in the lineup we seem to operate at a quicker pace and are more athletic.

Yes. But, players can't control referees calls. You know what they can control is making free throws. That makes those calls or even non-calls irrelevant.
I get what what you are saying, and I agree. However, all three of those calls should NOT have happened. I stand by what I say, reverse all three of those calls and we have a different outcome.
