Stoops said they were working last fall there and he (and the OU compliance office) weren't told that Bomar and Quinn were working there so because of that they had no knowledge of their employment there last fall.

Essentially all of this is being blamed on Bomar and Quinn and saying that they need to take accountability.

MSCAg explain to me why they would show a pay stub if they're doing it behind the coaching staff's back. And how exactly are they supposed to be sure that everyone is behing honest? Thats like if your boss asked you how many hours a day you spent working & on the internet. Would you tell him the truth? No.
