I was there for the 77-0 beating and I never in my wildest dreams thought that could be beat worse than that game. It really is sad when the 77-0 loss is our programs 2nd worse loss. I saw today on the field and on the sidelines the same lack of emotion and pride that I saw when we loss to OU. I would be ashamed if I was associated with any part of the A&M football program.

Do you think this really is worse than 77-0?

What planet are you from? The best we can hope for is 5-7 right now. Of the remaining teams we play:

-Texas Tech just beat up #15 on the road
-Iowa State lost by 1 point to the team that just beat us by 48
-Colorado just beat #16
-Oklahoma has lost 3 games by a combined 5 points to the #3, #11, and #18 teams
-Baylor is probably our only likely win
-t.u. is #3

77-0 came at the hands of a good OU squad. This loss is horrendously bad

Yep this one's worse than 77-0. At least that one was at the hands of a top-5 OU squad. This came from a barely-average-at-best K State team who should have NEVER.......NEVER.......NEVER even come close to hanging that kind of number on us. DAMN I have followed A&M for close to 30 years, proudly attended during the Wrecking Crew years, and have stood by and watched for WAY too long now while this program has gone right down the sh***er, and this was about more than I could tolerate. It's nut-cuttin' time. I don't know what kind of top-to-bottom surgery it's gonna take to bring us back to relevance, but there is NO WAY a program of this stature should have EVER been reduced to this. I'm not saying we're up there with USC or Alabama or (God save me) the sips. But there's no way on God's earth we should be looking up at Baylor or TCU or Cougar High. Hell I'm not sure we could handle UTEP right now. This has gone WAAAAAAY beyond ridiculous. What a load of fool's gold we got thrown during those first three games, where we looked like a team that should have taken care of business and actually DID. To think I believed we might be turning a corner.....

Yes I'm a little pissed. I can't believe I still care this much...... you'd think 10+ years of mediocrity-or-worse would've faded me out by now.....

2003 OU 77-0. Oklahoma was a team that up until their QB was injured was considered to be one of the Best Teams Of All Time! Kanye Style. Remember the comparisons of OU to 95 Nebraska, 01 Miami, Oklahoma went to the National Championship Game


2009 K-State 59-0 (Thats the final score to me, dont care about anything else, they were up 59-ZERO with more than 25 minutes left in the game)

Kansas State beat UMass by 4, and lost to U-LA-LA

This is worse than Baylor '04
This is worse than Arkansas State '09
This is worse than Baylor in '09

This is the worst, most uncaccecptable loss in my lifetime (26)

Actually, I think we're at a great moment in our history. Aside from the fact that Bill Snyder used the game to restore his KSU prestige (kicking a looong field goal when you're already up by 59? Unclassy. That's just pouring it on, and we would never do that), I thought we showed some promise in spots. We could now come back, regroup, and have a winning streak to end the season.

I think BB should step in and IMMEDIATELY move to back Sherman with a contract extension and a very slight bump in pay. Show some confidence in our staff. Otherwise, we could hit rock bottom. I already figure we're gonna lose a few recruits, so that might help.

Things are really pretty good. I still predict a Big 12 Championship next year, and a run at the MNC in 2011!!!
