Maybe some of you are blind or sniffin AJAX. But if it wernt for McGee throwing only his 2nd interception of the entire year, and OU running it to our 6 yard line. Our Defense held them to 3 and out. One after another, 3 and outs for OU. OU, a powerhouse of a team, was stopped in their tracks last night by the nations underdog. I think the team is on a perfect track. I think franchione needs to grow a set, and screw his head on a little tighter. But we had OU beat last night, and Bob Stoops knew it, even though they won, we out played them on offense. Ever wonder why Bob went for it, knowing he could always punt the ball down the field, and keep a good game to the very end? He knew he could get a first down. But being a chicken ****, just like that early onside kick, he got his couple of inches on fourth down. I know it didnt help to have 12 men on the field to seal the deal for us with a penalty. But I dont think going for it was the sportsman thing to do. Almost like cheating and getting away with it, and thinking its ok. But I have my faith in this team and I believe we could of won, and we had that win in our hands. I mean come on, the nation knows about Javorskie, im surprised there isnt heisman talk? We had 2 possible chances to get it in, and we decided to throw an incompletion and get a field goal. The field goal should of been completly out of the question. I know we will beat Nebraska next week, we showed last night that we could shut down OU. I say forget about our loss this weekend and go play Nebraska this weekend and beat the snot out of them as if we were #1 in the Nation. But undoubtedly the Wrecking Crew is alive and well.

I don't think you can tell only after one season. Give it next year and if they play like they have this year (at least in the second half) the Wrecking Crew is back.

because stoops had the winning number on the scoreboard, and the man was scared that if we had gotten the ball back that we would have marched down the field, and we would of gotten a score. They played Wrecking Crewesque last night. This squad is playing with the spirit and tenacity of the WCs from past. We may not be quite as talented as those previous Defenses, but Darnell, Clay, and Malone are coaching them up to a higher level of play. I cannot remember a bigger turnaround in A&M football than the turnaround Darnell has made with this Defense. If they play at a high level the last two games, I would call them Wrecking Crew again. We need to keep recruiting speed on Defense, and we can use some more talent and depth at Safety. I am looking forward to some of the young talent like Pugh and Lewis stepping up next year.

seriously. you are an idiot. punting it and playing the game to the last second is the sportsman thing to do? how old are you? two things. he was given two options. punt it and take the chance of aggies getting in field goal range, which most likely would have happened seeing that OU was kicking against the wind and the momentum ATM had going. Or he could go for it on 4th and inches and try and get the first. If ATM stopped him they were well in field goal range and game over. That is a very gutsy call b/c the ATM defense could have punched the line and kept a play (that everyone knows where the ball is going) from happening. But no, not only do we have literally have 12 men on the play they get it across the line. That is the most idiotic commenting by an aggie I have ever heard. It was a good game but hey ATM only lost by a point. Best game I've seen this year.
