I think we go 12-2 with a loss to UW. I don't think we will have an OOC 'let down' game.

6 days + Finals + reading how good they are could equal a lapse in focus
Akron and North Texas are not gimmies
The only other game is New Mexico...they are going to be a tough out

Probably because they were a tourney team a year ago. I'm actually not 100% on that.

Yea Akron went to the dance by winning their conference...finished with a 23-13 record with a loss to Gonzaga in the first round. Their schedule/results have been less than impressive so far this year...unless Austin Peay has become a powerhouse since I last checked.

Oh..the Akron game is no gimmie at all. They return all but one senior from last year, and have brought in a 7 foot, top 100 recruit out of McKeesport.

That said, I think it will be a closer game than some A&M fans may think. The Zips are looking to find their stride and if they do, watch out!
