The refs have no stones, pure and simple. Still, Sloan hitting 2 FTs is far from a given.

He's actually photographed with his arm grasping Sloan's arm, fingers around it completely.

They should also put a picture of that offensive foul in the paper as well.

the way we shot free throws this year it is not a given that sloan makes them.

Yeah....to whom ever said "you can't expect the refs to call a slap on the wrist in the last 5 seconds of a game". How about a grip on the wrist by one player, and slap on the other shoulder/forearm by another player.

Can you expect a call on that in the last 5 seconds?

UCLA should have never put themselves in that position to get a foul called against them....but they knew that they were being allowed to hack the crap out of our team the last 8 minutes of the game.

UCLA was out of time outs, but they used our time out wisely. Their coach knew that the officials would probably not call a foul in that situation, and even if they did we would still have to make both free throws to tie. It was chicken ****, but smart basketball by them.

If we make our free throws, and don't throw the cross court interception, we win despite the refs. We did a lot better than I expected, and I am proud of the team.

yeah they had no problem calling an arm foul against ****ing memphis last year and now they do this **** against ucla.....****ing total bull****
