There's an article you can access publicly, but it's kind of a gray area so I'll just say that searching for his name on Google and using their cached links will get you more info.
His coach basically says hes got really good speed and athleticism, but needs to work on his technique.
He plays for a small school so he's been used to just sloppily dominating people. Reading between the lines, it sounds like his upper body strength is part of the problem, he can't use his hands well when he needs to. Seems like a project and has the risk that all projects do. Whether this particular guy's risk vs. potential reward is worth it, I'm not so sure, but that's extremely hard to judge with the info we have.
None of that is saying he can't or won't pan out, I know some of you guys only think in black and white and don't seem to understand risk vs. reward for whatever reason. It all just boils down to: he's a somewhat risky pick up, but that may be exactly what the A&M coaches are looking for right now. A POTENTIAL diamond in the rough (note: POTENTIAL. Some people love to claim a kid that hasn't proven anything a diamond in the rough).
Edit: ^^^^^^ The article mentions Tenn. as well, but doesn't say which schools offered.
