I think if we mop the floor with the scrubs, we we might receive some votes. Once conference play begins I don't think we'll be ranked. Just wondering what others thought...

What/who do you mean by everyone? I SERIOUSLY doubt we will crack the Top 25. We may receive 1 or 2 votes but I believe even that is pushing. I don't wanna miss out on the steak

Excellent, thanks for the feedback. Last year was my first off season to post on Tex Ags...it led to me being overly optimistic about the season. Glad to see that won't be an issue this go round. And anyone who got the wrong idea that I was a kool aid kind of guy is wrong, I just wanted to see what the general feel was.

We have little real chance of ever being ranked, but that doesn't mean we have no chance at a winning season.

The way I see it, Our schedule breaks down into neat little thirds:

Games We almost no shot of winning:
-@OU
-tu
-@Tech
-OSU

Games we have a shot at winning:
-@CU
-Arkansas
-@KSU
-BU

Games we have NO business losing:
-ISU
-UNM
-UAB
-USU

6-7 wins and a bowl win should be the goal this year. Hopefully that would set us up for a nice run in 2010.
