It's been a while, but shertz is just south of NB right? It took me 25 mins to get to exit 184 on I-35, which is 2-3 exits up from shertz.

House appraised for 113000 2 years ago when I bought it, since then there has been alot of improvements including a privacy fence with wide doors for boat/rv.

Don't houses usually sell for more than county appraisal value anyway?

I like the house but it is too far away from where work will be.

They due, people don't usually have their houses appraised every year, that and if you did, you would have to pay more money it taxes...
If anyone is rolling in the doe and doesn't want to deal with realtors I will take cash offer for quite a bit less..

Anyways I appreciate the help if anyone is spreading the word. My 4month old-today, my wife and my 6 year old are getting cramped in our ****ty austin apartment; and we are tired of sitting on this and paying a mortgage and an apartment for 6 months.

What I want and what I get for the house are 2 different things.

So please just pass the word.

Sorry, internet was down due to ice storm or would have gotten ahold of you sooner.

I cannot make it down there any time soon, so my only advice is contact a realtor and they will get a showing set up.

an hour tops, 40 mins if the lights on 281 just north of 1604 arn't too bad.

My old roomate worked at 410 and 281 and he would leave an hour before he had to be at work, he was never late, sometimes he was early he said.
