I have supported Coach Fran, I think there has been improvement on the team, but he only gets one more year. He needs to change the offensive scheme, because we dont have the talent to run it. Our offensive plays are too slow developing that Stephan Mcgee doesnt have time find an open reciever. But you dont fire a coach that has gone 9-4. If he can prove he can win with the schedule next year than he stays. If he loses than fire him. Our players look too slow to play a team, that has speed. The only way we have stayed in games is to hold on to the ball, but that only takes you so far. So i will give Fran one more year, if there is no improvement fire him as soon as possible.
