Should the big donors have access to this info? I think so, as there are always perks to being a big fish in the program.

Should BB been made aware of the newsletter and the amount charged for it? YES. Other programs have a similar way of distributing this type of info and even charging a fee for that information. But then again-$1200...wow!

Where did he lie? He lied to me, you, and the rest of Aggieland that was not in on the VIP 'injury-for-cash' scheme by telling us emphatically that he DOES NOT DISCUSS PLAYER INJURIES! he did NOT qualify that in any way, such as 'except with info-for-cash VIPs'. sickenly reminds me of 'I..DID...NOT...HAVE...SEX...WITH....THAT...WOMAN'

Where did he steal? I personally think it stealing to take personal, athlete injury information and surreptitiously sell it for personal gain to build and promote your website. but that's just me (and probably about a million other normal people)

Polish German - he said that he "does not discuss non-season ending injuries". He didn't say that he didn't discuss them except for a few select subscribers to his service. I'm on the TMF Advisory Board and I was never "invited" to join his service. You don't think I would have been interested?? I think we have 300,000 fans who would have been interested, not 12. Fran has stated numerous times he does not speak publicly about injuries....how was this public? where is the lie?

How is this cheating? he's not tanking games or anything.

How is this stealing? The players sign documents detailing what cna and can't be done with their info. The VIP's willing paid for information.

the aggie code of honor states:

"An agie does not lie, cheat, steal, nor tolerate those who do"

there is no clause afterwards that says, "and if the person doesn't violate the above 3, but we still don't like them, it's OK to use the code of honor to ridicule them anyway"

so then let's say Mark Dodge got a concussion in paractice tuesday. and the trainer came in to Fran's office and said "hey coach, dodge just got his bell rung, but he's going to be ok"

Does fran interupt him and say "shut up you dewsh bag, I can't discuss injuries!!!!!"

no.
