I feel for the people in this subdivision suffering from the whims of development in the lands near Wickson Creek. Several years ago we were victims of 24 hours of rain, a tornado and incredible run off from newly developed areas north of us on Wickson Creek. Our home is not in the flood plain but this confluence of events changed everything. We were told it was a hundred year event and now another one downstream.

selling new homes for 600K in an area that probably should have never been developed.

Litigation might be in the future if enough homeowners get harmed
