The attention and hype for Bond is confusing for me.

He averaged 47 yards per game for Bama this year and didn't exceed 100 yards once. He had 4 TDs on the year in spite of playing in all 14 games.

He's an average SEC WR at best

The ref isn't "giving him enough for a first down", he actually made a first down. I hate that type of analysis.

He led the team in receptions and finished 2nd in yards and recieving TDs to only Burton. And he didn't exactly have a marksman at QB throwing to him
