Yes and no.

You have the top of your lineup coming up. And you don't want to make any outs on the basepaths to help their pitcher out. I don't mind holding him. Wouldn't have minded sending him either.

RF got a nice clean bounce and made a good throw. 3B coach should have had perfect view and I'm guessing hold was the correct call.
