Yep, there weren't a ton mind you, but there were floor and club level seating available for ~$300/seat, which if you looked before that on the other sites and even the resale on Toyota Center's, they were MUCH more than that. For larger shows I have almost exclusively been waiting til day of show for the past year or so. I bet you a bunch of money the upcoming Madonna show(s) will be the same. Now sometimes you will not luck out, so it's up to you to determine how much you want to spend and how good a seats you want (and how much you want to see that particular show). But if I miss the opening or presale, I'm 99% of the time waiting until day of show to buy.

This happened for Tool in Dallas four weeks ago as well. Two hours before the show suddenly a bunch of blue dots on TM popped up dead center behind the soundboard in the first five rows off the floor and were cheaper than earlier TM pricing as well as all seats listed for resale.

no hearing protection - this was in between sets, but only after DJ Crook played a bass banging set beforehand.

honestly it pissed me off seeing that. the kid was obviously overtired and overstimulated. I had to ask the others we were with if i was seeing that correctly ... "is that a baby over there?" - i hadnt had THAT much tequila at that point.

I don't know what it is with parents brining infants to loud ass rock shows, I mean one part of me says "quality parenting," but mostly I don't get it. I saw a couple at a Devin Townsend show in March 2020 (immediately before the lockdown) with a freaking baby in a damn stroller (with good ear protection at least).

I don't know what your budget is but my advice would be to wait until the last minute to purchase and watch prices come down.

I paid $700 each for PIT for their last Dallas show at the Cotton Bowl a couple of years ago the day they went on sale. Then I checked the day of show and they were only $400 each on TM.

Now picture this was a "no transfer, face value ticket exchange" event that they've been promoting.

You'd have your $700 PIT ticket, no way to transfer it, but no one who is going to pay you face value for it when they can buy at the new face value of $400.

Complete market control is a very bad thing for the consumer.

The only way "no transfer" is OK is if the primary is willing to refund you up until XX hours prior to the show. That's how many of the UK venues do it. But it will never happen here because Ticketmaster and the artists (don't think for a second they are unaware of how it all works) are all rolling in $$$.
