This paragraph is the real power the left is seeking. The power to groom and to be untouchable in doing so.

A horrible idea, but given the Supreme Court expanded "sex" to include sexual orientation and gender identity, this was the anticipated next step

it really has not.

at best it is status quo. but many areas (LA, Denver, Seattle, etc,) are not hiring MORE officers.

Mean while elementary schools will be allowed to use this to defend the culture of telling Johnny he is Jackie.

This will ensure the only sports that matter are club sports. School sports will all be PE.

This also fully reinstated Title IX trials at schools with only using a preponderance of evidence.

At this point, i agree for it is actual women that are the engine that is running the train however, the hypocrisy lies in which the women that support this do not compete in sports.

This is a horrible idea that violates women's rights because it will be mean allowing a biological male to compete with and share the same locker room with biological women. Modern Democrats claim to be for women's rights only when it suits their agenda, such as abortion access and reproductive and reproductive health.

Professional sports would be co-ed if women could compete with men.

I'm pretty sure if a woman were a better pitcher than the men, she'd be signed to the MLB.

If a woman could golf better than men, she'd be in the PGA tour with the men.

Women aren't in "men's" sports because they're not competitive with men. Even if they wanted to, they just wouldn't qualify in a field full of men, which is why they get their own division.

Letting men into the women's division is the end of female sports because they just can't compete with men. It's really stupid to have men entering women's sports.

When women compete in men's sports, they do so as women attempting to prove they are equally capable. This is the opposite of men who compete in women's sports, who pretend to be women.

Already happened. Caster Semenya has two Olympic golds in the women's 800 while the testosterone levels were increased in women's track.

Each world sport world body currently has control of this.

I waiting to see how the NAIA reacts since it just banned transgender athletes participating in sports of their claimed gender.

What's 100% funny about this change is that it allows schools to treat women's and men's sports exactly the same. Now schools can get rid of women's sports without any issue. This basically solved the NIL problem as a side effect.
