the Chiefs franchise is going for its 4th Super Bowl title

Andy Reid is going for his 3rd Super Bowl title

and likewise Patrick Mahomes is going for his 3rd

if KC wins today, it moves past the Raiders, Broncos, and Redskins in Super Bowl championships. They each have 3. That would have been hard to believe 5 years ago.

for Reid & Mahomes another title would move them past more all-time coach and QB legends

a win today would give Kyle Shanahan his first Super Bowl title. Also of course the first title for Brock Purdy.

the bigger story...the 49ers would tie the Steelers and Patriots for the most championships (6) in the Super Bowl era

SF is currently in a tie with Dallas (5 titles)
