My son has a 2020 Altima that recently stopped locking the back doors electronically. Neither the fob or button will lock the back doors. He said they will lock manually. Front doors still work properly with fob and button. Has anyone run into this before or have an idea where to start looking for source of problem.

We had the same thing happen to our 2020 Armada. We had three locks replaced. Luckily they were under warranty. No reason was given to why this was happening. Wish I could help you out better. Seems sort of funny that it's the same year and make of vehicle.

If both stopped working at the same time I'd think it's more likely a relay issue. You could even check the RR door lock fuse to see if it is blown.
