If you saw Joniar Thomas' social media, during the high jump in the hep she hit her head on the standard pretty hard! Having her score at least 3rd in the hep and points in the long jump! Missing that and Goggans is gonna hurt

Yes an upset, but the two that beat her are the other top two in the NCAA and one of them best her indoors! But she had been the best this outdoor season

Okay so we have the lead, but Florida will score at least 15 in the 200, so we need them to score less! Alabama can score 6 or 8 in the 200 so we need less! However they will score big in the 5000, we need to limit that! Florida has some solid triple jumpers as well, but won't score in the 5000!

If we win the SEC Championship and Eric Casarez scores in the 5000 I will run a 5000 every day for a week! For every point he scores I'll run that many weeks!
