No lol, I was busy with a home track meet yesterday so didn't have time to commentate and I knocked out right when I got home! I got two throwers I'm hoping to get to state this year! But I did follow along and will be posting today! Thanks for the insight everyone!

Our women in the pole vault really showed out yesterday! Joniar Thomas did great in the open long jump but I wish she got over 4000 in the pentathlon! Her strength is the heptathlon outdoors when she can run the 200 and throw the javelin! Our men's hurdle duo showed out like always and I'm excited to see what they do today! I thought our distance group did great out there! Eric Casarez, Cooper Cawthra and Kennady Fontenot all ran exceptionally well! Our 800 group did great, what's important is to see if Whitmarsh and Farquharson can get a PR and get a time to get to nationals! They'll need a low 1:47 possibly a 1:46 which is insane, but so are all the distance times this season! Let's see what today brings!

Not a good start... Landon Helms does not clear a height in the pole vault and takes himself out of point contention in the hept.

He pole vaulted 17'3 in high school and this year has struggled in the 14's! I understand adjusting your body to be multi event ready at the college level, but didn't think an event could drop off that much! I hope he figures it out outdoors!
