Why would Coleman be 50/50? Or even Hefner or Lindsay for that matter? Just assume that everyone that can come back will until there's evidence otherwise.

I guess the bottom line is how many spots will we have next year?

Senior Day saw Boots, Leveque and Eli as definitely going to depart - so, minus three.

Assume Marble still has his scholarship here until we hear otherwise.

But we are getting two fish - Mills and Turkson.

Does that mean we only have ONE opening?

I'd like to know how different middling teams manage their portal recruiting strategy. Hundreds of players that you've never seen play and don't have any relationship with. Figuring out who you want and who's interested before they're all taken seems like it would be overwhelming.

Yea. His confidence was improving. He is already a reasonably good defender (at least not bad) and very good rebounder.

If he could get his 3 three-point shooting back up to a reliable 35% then he would have a sure role as a 6th or 7th man in the rotation.

Our offense end of year was almost entirely iso for Manny and Boots with Wade playing the spot up role a lot - which worked well with our athleticism.

We need to pick up someone that can hit 3s and midrange reliably, and a big that can score.

I saw Turkson a few times awhile back when his UMASS Rivals team came through. JMO, but he looked like a combo of Solo/Garcia. Not as athletic or wild as Solo, but played super hard the whole game and had a nose for the ball.
I could see him getting 10-15mpg off the bench next year, especially if Coleman leaves.

My dream scenario is to get the JMU kid, get Marble back, and then maybe a bench guard but then again I think Mills will play that role

If marble doesn't come back we need another big. Even if they are just another Leveque just someone that is competent when the other team has a giant
