Yes they can and that the fact you don't comprehend this isn't an indictment of my take. I can guarantee Prager knows his miss zones for each pitch and would be the first to say it was a brainfart on his part.

Just so I understand, we're never too say, that was a bad pitch and a bad location, or a bad play?

I am the furthest from a player basher and live it daily.
