Its only 3 days a week, but you do cleans, bench, and squat each workout with varying exercises.
It usually took me about 2 hrs to get through it all.

Yeah the spotting on the squat looked more like conservative injury prevention rather than Powerlifting record setting.
Of course they'd've been wearing powerlifting suits and had proper knee wraps if they really wanted to. That adds a bit in the squat.
