With all that said, great comeback but was not Wade's night from the jump.
They try, but defenses aren't dumb either. They switch and hide their best player when they're in foul trouble.
He only fouled out in the paint because it was the end of the game and they didn't want to give an easy layup.

Great fight by this team. So proud as it would have been easy to mail it in with less than 2 minutes left. A few more FTs and who knows?

He's an elite PG, Houston was in the double bonus and we had a bunch of guys in foul trouble. What did you want us to do?
He's the primary ball handler, you think he's just going to give the ball up? Even on a trap, it's a likely foul and two easy FTs at the line.
The best bet was to try to defend him and wall him off on the drive. He's just really, REALLY freaking good.
