I think My Best Friend's Wedding mentions College Station, but other than those listed I cant think of anymore. There are tons though that show A&M stuff. For example in Fried Green Tomatoes the husband sets down and watches an A&M v. tu baseball game.

I know this isn't a movie, but in some commercial (I can't remember the product), a football player is knocked out and the trainers bring food out to him and when he wakes up, they show two guys in the stands and one is wearing an ATM hat. JFYI
BTF II - reporting college football scores near the end of the movie. Biff is checking them against the sports almanac. We beat the hell outta Rice, I believe...
edited for wrong team we beat the hell outta (I said TCU)

In Back to the Future: Part 2, Biff(1955) is listening to the radio to see if the sports almanac is for real when the radio mentions A&M winning a game.

^ | They mention the score of a Rice (I think) vs. A&M game on Biff's car radio when he is first figuring out that the Sports Almanac correctly specifies future game scores.
(If I remember correctly)

There's a movie called Company Business with Gene Hackman and Mikhail Baryshnakov about a CIA guy and a Russian agent that are trying to work out a prisoner trade. In the movie, Gene Hackman says the American "spy" held in Russia used to be an economics professor at Texas A&M.
