That was one of my first thoughts as well! He seems to do a great job of pumping the whole team up, but especially with the big men protecting him. McGee has definately blown up since last year.

No, he dated one of my friends and he definitely was not. Then again, everyone's jacked during offseason, it will burn off during the season. I want to do that workout.

rasher.....i have my old workout book from UW. It put 40 lbs in 4 months on me. After that I put my full faith in it. Complete with speed school training as well.

It was designed to "beat Nebraska" in the late 90s early 00s.

SM looked as if he has added some weight, very good. true, some muscle will decline, but they should keep 3/4 of it since they do work out some during the season.
