Considering you can put a different upper with a different barrel length on it w/out notifying atf I wouldn't worry about it.

Carter's office got back to me this afternoon after the ATF responded to their inquiry. ATF gave the typical bull**** response about how they've received an unprecedented volume of applications. Said average Form 4s are 246-327 days. I submitted 4/7. Carter's office said to reach back out if I don't have a response by the first week of December.

I talked to my FFL yesterday. He said my suppressor Form 4 is one of over 50(!!!!!) their attorney is dealing with, some sitting at almost 2 years (!!!!!!). Mine is at 16 months (June 2022).

He also said they got one back earlier this week with a turn around of 17 DAYS.
