LIGHT THE LETTERS!
Sixteen Feet high really appears large (as per the picture) when they are on the ground.
They sure looked nice lighted.

If I were a wealthy fellow, I would have already cut a check for it. The best part wasn't the close in effect, it was the far distant view at night where you could make out the name from as far away as that bridge on 21 about 10 miles out from Caldwell.
I am not an engineer, but I do have a few ideas. The lights were great to see, though there are many things that I would rather see done first.
If we are going to remodel the press box, let's add the remodel of lighting to back of the press box. I would htink this would remove all of the "cost issues" as well as the maintenance issues. Put a da#$ catwalk out of the back of the press box and let's get it done. As I said, so feel free to build on this.
Secondly, we can't you light up the letters from across the street with some sort of spot lights etc.....

Ya know, if we just added a catwalk right now, and put actual cats on said catwalk, I'll bet we would simultaneously eliminate any bird issues.
