David Sanchez has left McLaren after a two month stint. He was going to be the effective TD for the car.

He came from Ferrari, after Binotto left, and was largely responsible for the 2022 and 2023 Ferrari's.

I just noticed something on F1 intro that I probably completely missed before. It looks like right after Valterri's shot they show the wheel nut picture. If so, that's kinda cold.

Watched FP2 (don't bother if reading this first, it was "wet" and half the cars didn't even go out. Those that did just took it easy). They Said Sargent needs a complete rebuild.

I think it is a combo of funding and a poor development process. I read somewhere or watched something after the Albon crash, that said Williams was super late in finalizing their design and barely had time to get two tubs and chassis built for testing.
