My estimate is, with true mirrors (not foil or cds), it would probably only take about 200/300 people to actually cause some distraction in the stands. I'm guessing that this could actually happen.

No, the players won't be blinded, but it most likely will create a scattered flashing effect in the crowd.

I'm betting theres a couple hundred people that will bring this Troll to life...

Use compact mirrors, cds, foil, frat sunglasses, whatever you can find to make this the first of its kind audio and visual intimidation extravaganza. Power to the people! Its gonna happen.
