Too bad to see him go but seems like he figured out he'd be behind a lot of other guards next year. IV, Manny, Jace, Wilcher, and Mills will all probably be getting playing time and you've got to reckon we'll be bringing in at least one more guard(hopefully Pope).

Players have until May 1 to jump in to the portal, but there is no deadline (to my knowledge) as to when they have to sign with a new school.

It might be as simple as the staff saying- "Hey we need the space and think it would be best if you found a new home". I am not saying that happened, but we currently are recruiting players that we didnt have space for before Lindsay went into the portal

7. Mills (incoming freshman)
8. Turkson (incoming freshman)
9. Wilcher (incoming portal)
10. Payne (incoming portal)
11. Coleman
12. Hefner
13. Open (we have multiple guys we are still after in the portal)

So with Lindsay departing we can add one more kid without needing to create space. If we add more then we need others to leave.

Ah, yes - and I think I've been told this before.

Dates are for portal entry only, no need to get picked up by May 1st.

I still think it would be to one's benefit to get in early as other teams start snatching up players to fit their needs.

If they add more pieces besides one more then I think #12 and #11 on my list are the most likely to go whether that's their call or not. Just a guess by me

Yeah, that's not happening. Seems like when he really struggled he wasn't 100% healthy. Can't imagine a scenario where he'd be pushed out.

There have been multiple events that the team attended in the past couple of weeks. Henry did not attend either. One when Wade was honored, Henry was at the baseball game instead I believe. Then last weekend Wade, Boots and Andy all were honored and everyone appeared to be there in a team photo except Lindsay, Ringgold and Coleman. Could be nothing
