It was dropped last night by the 247 national basketball recruiting director Eric Bossi. He said things could change as they have already a few times in this recruitment but right now Aggies are team to beat for Isaacs.

... because I found the reports of his sexual assault accusation from a trip to the Bahamas - which I think I heard about in the past, but forgot about it.

Anybody know if that issue has been resolved or not?

Yeah that definitely came to mind as a concern for me, but Boots had some incidents off-court, and Buzz brought him here and everything was fine, so I trust his judgement.

I assume he took that from the 247 guy reporting that "A&M has emerged as a leader…for Pope" in a tweet last night. This tweet makes it sound like it's all but a done deal, and I don't think that's the case.

I'd be shocked if we got Pop Isaac. He knows that he would be coming in to likely play second fiddle to Wade. They are VERY similar players. I'd love to get Pop, but it just doesnt make sense.

Heard A&M as a possibility yesterday from a good source. I might be crazy, but give me this kid over all the other guards mentioned with A&M. So much potential. I think he has the potential to breakout and be a star with his shot making.

That's not how this works. She wasn't a student at A&M. He was not a student at A&M. There is nothing for Title IX to get involved with at A&M. There was no Title IX complaint filed at Tech either. Tech basketball took it to Title IX office and they said this is not a Title IX issue. There is a civil lawsuit against Isaacs. That's it.

I'm not saying it's a nothing incident. But it's a something for the civil courts to handle, not anything A&M has to take any action on. A&M's responsibility is vetting the situation and seeing if they are ok with what they know about the story and doing their due-diligence.
