On the home page under donations, the phrase "this project is used three times in the first three sentences. Very repetitive. May want to reword that paragraph. hth.

Maybe you could use this wording:

The total cost to complete the letter restoration is approximately $150,000.

100% of the donations will be used to support this project.

Our efforts are supported by Bill Byrne and have his approval. However, this is not a fundraiser for the Aggie Athletics.

Once our organization has raised the total cost of the renovation, Bill Byrne will arrange for TAMU to begin construction.

This project is completely operated by the non-profit entity, AgsForKyle, and is run completely by former students with help and support from current students.

That #2 header is bar-none the best of the three.

pfider I put some feelers out on Aggies Only. There are several on that board. I know several are on the Politics board too... Not everyone reads the Football board. In fact, I dare say that most paying members avoid "the zoo" like the plague because of all the inane crap that is here...

Also I would try to get as much of the money as possible in check or cash. Accepting Paypal is easy but its costly. If you took all payments through Paypal you'd probably have to raise an extra $5k.

Google-Ads!

Google ads won't make you enough. You need to get traffic up on the site and sell ads for 50/100/200 bucks. You're bound to find a lot of companies that would be interested in that.
